A few questions pertaining the show...
"How much will the registration fee be if I am bringing a booth and a truck to the show?"
There is no registration fee for show vehicles, as for booths, that depends if you are selling something or not, take a look on the vendor page for more information.
"I am bringing a truck and trailer, is there a place where I can drop my trailer?"
Yes, if you would like to separate your truck and trailer, your trailer may be left in the RV parking area noted on the map, which can be viewed by clicking here, there are a couple of local business who may also allow you to drop a trailer on their property if you decide to go this route, I will leave contacting them up to you. If you would like to keep your truck and trailer connected, there is enough space to park in the show truck overflow area, beside the Cover-All, which is also noted on the map.
"Is there a loading ramp available at the show grounds?"
Unfortunately, there is no loading ramp available on the show grounds, however, there are a few private ramps located in Cache Creek, upon enquiring with the owners you may be allowed to unload there.
"Where can I was my truck before bringing it into the show grounds?"
In the RV parking area, I will be providing a couple of garden hoses (off of the washroom building) for you to give the truck a quick wash. If you are looking for something a little better equipped there is an RV was available in Ashcroft, about ten minutes south of Cache Creek on Highway 1.

"Is my personal information safe?"
Personal privacy is a very important subject, under no circumstances will any of your personal information be willingly distributed to a third party without your consultation.
Your website account registration information will also remain private and will not be willingly distributed.
"How will my photographs be used?"
Any photos that are uploaded to this website will be displayed on this website to promote future shows, I will not publish your photos elsewhere without your consent (and hope that all other users do the same).
"How can I use the photos that are displayed on this website?"
All photographs are posted here under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. When reposting the images please ensure that the photographer's name and this website's address is included.
"I did not take a particular photograph, can I post that photo on this website?"
No, due to potential copyright issues, if you are not the original photographer please do not post the photo. If the photographer has requested that you post the photo on this website, please contact me using the form on the home page.
"Why has my account been suspended, what does this mean?"
Accounts may be suspended if they are repeatedly abused or used to upload content to the website that is not "family friendly" or related to the truck show, if you believe this to be in error send me an email using the form on the home page.
If your account has been suspended, you will still be able to view the website in its entirety, however, that account will not have the ability to login to the content addition system.
"Why does the photo that I have just uploaded not appear online?"
Prior to being publicly viewable, all uploaded content is reviewed by the show organizer to ensure that it meets a few basic criteria and is fit for viewing by all visitors to this website.
"Can I use the photos posted here on Facebook or YouTube?"
Yes, but please give credit where credit is due.
"Can I edit or delete content that I have uploaded to the website?"
At this time, it is not possible to edit or remove the content that you have posted online, however, if you need to make a change send me an email using the form on the home page.
